Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate whey protein powder use plant-based protein powder for dairy-free/vegan
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup peanut flour
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup baking stevia
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350⁰ F (175⁰ C).
- Grind the oats into a flour using a blender or food processor.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground oats, chocolate whey protein powder (or plant-based protein powder), unsweetened cocoa powder, peanut flour, peanut butter, baking stevia, baking powder, and unsweetened almond milk.
- Mix until well combined.
- The batter should be thick and chocolatey.
- Spray an 8×8 baking dish with nonstick spray and pour the batter into the dish.
- Sprinkle the top with chopped peanuts.
- Bake at 350⁰ F for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Cut into 9 pieces and enjoy.
