Beef and Green Onion Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce or soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dry sherry or orange juice
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 lbs. beef round steak thinly sliced
- 6 green onions sliced 1/2-inch long
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the oyster sauce or soy sauce, dry sherry or orange juice, cornstarch, and sugar.
- Set aside.
- Heat peanut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes.
- Stir in the sauce mixture.
- Add the sliced green onions and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the steak is cooked through and the onions are tender.
- Serve the Beef and Green Onion Stir-Fry.
