Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the oyster sauce or soy sauce, dry sherry or orange juice, cornstarch, and sugar.
Set aside.
Heat peanut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the thinly sliced beef to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes.
Stir in the sauce mixture.
Add the sliced green onions and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the steak is cooked through and the onions are tender.
Serve the Beef and Green Onion Stir-Fry.
