- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 120 ml milk
- 500 g ground beef

- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 120 ml ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and shape it into a loaf.
- Mix the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
- Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Spread the remaining glaze over the top.
- Bake for another 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
