Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas peeled and halved
  • 2 apples peeled, cored, and quartered
  • 300 ml 10fl oz nonfat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 400 ml 15fl oz organic soy milk

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Purée for approximately 1 minute or until smooth and well-combined.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more sugar.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
