Notes & Wine Advice
Recipe Notes
Both canned and fresh corn work well in these fritters. If using canned corn, drain it thoroughly before adding it to the batter. Too much moisture can make the fritters softer. The batter should be thick enough to hold its shape. Flatten each fritter slightly so the centre cooks evenly while the outside becomes golden. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cooking the fritters in batches allows the hot air to circulate properly and produces a crisper result.Storage Advice
Store leftover corn fritters in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat them in the air fryer at 180ยฐC for a few minutes until hot and crisp. You can also freeze the cooked fritters for up to 2 months. Thaw them in the refrigerator before reheating.Wine Advice
Serve these corn fritters with a fresh Sauvignon Blanc. Its lively acidity works beautifully with the sweet corn, fresh parsley and green onions, while its freshness balances the smoky paprika and crisp fried exterior.Nutrition values

About This Recipe
Crispy Air Fryer Corn Fritters are an easy way to turn sweet corn into a golden, savory snack. Fresh parsley and green onions add freshness, while smoked paprika and garlic give the fritters extra depth. Because they cook in the Air fryer, you can achieve a crisp exterior without deep-frying.
Sweet Corn with Smoky Flavor
Corn provides plenty of natural sweetness, which works particularly well with smoked paprika. Garlic powder adds savory flavor, while parsley and green onions keep the mixture fresh. As a result, these air fryer corn fritters have plenty of flavor without needing a complicated list of ingredients.
Golden Corn Fritters from the Air Fryer
The thick batter holds the corn together while the outside becomes golden during cooking. Flattening each fritter slightly also helps the centre cook evenly. Meanwhile, the circulating heat of the air fryer creates crisp edges with only minimal added fat.
A Versatile Savory Snack
These fritters work well as an Appetizer or a warm Snack. You can also serve them alongside a salad or other Vegetables for a simple lunch.
Easy to Serve and Share
Serve the Crispy Air Fryer Corn Fritters straight from the basket while the edges are still crisp. They are especially useful for Brunch, Picnic food or a relaxed Weekend meal.
A creamy dipping sauce or a fresh herb sauce makes an excellent accompaniment. However, the combination of sweet corn, herbs and smoky seasoning also gives these fritters enough flavor to serve simply on their own.
