Sweet Hawaiian rolls stuffed with cheesy pork meatballs – a quick and delicious bite for any occasion!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 tablespoons bacon chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons scallions chopped
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Romano cheese grated
- 1 cup tortilla chips crushed
- 1 ½ cups marinara sauce
- 8 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
Instructions
- Mix the ground pork with chopped bacon, minced garlic, scallions, salt, black pepper, Romano cheese, and crushed tortilla chips.
- Shape the mixture into 8 evenly sized meatballs.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Arrange the meatballs in a lightly greased baking pan and pour the marinara sauce over them.
- Lower the pan into the air fryer basket.
- Cook the meatballs for 10 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, place one meatball on the bottom half of each Hawaiian roll.
- Spoon some marinara sauce on top, sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese, and bake in the air fryer at 370°F (185°C) for 3 to 4 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Top with the remaining roll halves and serve immediately.
