Hearty Multi-Meat Chili

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef chicken, or turkey
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 3 diced tomatoes
- 4 cups cooked kidney beans or pinto beans
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 bunch sliced green onions
- 1 1/2 cups grated natural sharp cheese or mild cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a frying pan, sauté the ground meat until lightly browned.
- Pour off any drippings.
- Add water, chili powder, and curry powder; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes and beans; heat through.
- Stir in onions.
- Ladle the chili into serving bowls and sprinkle with grated cheese.
