  • 1 pound salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 green onions minced
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

For the Sauce:

  • 1 teaspoon rice wine
  • 1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon gochugaru Korean red chili pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 380°F and lightly grease the basket with cooking oil.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, egg, garlic, green onions, and rolled oats.
  • Knead the mixture with your hands until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into equal-sized patties and place them in the Air Fryer basket.
  • Cook the patties for 10 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
  • While the patties cook, whisk together rice wine, soy sauce, honey, salt, and gochugaru in a small bowl to make the sauce.
  • Serve the warm salmon patties with the spicy sauce on the side.
