For the Sauce:

rice wine

soy sauce

Korean red chili pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat the Air Fryer to 380°F and lightly grease the basket with cooking oil.
In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, egg, garlic, green onions, and rolled oats.
Knead the mixture with your hands until well combined.
Shape the mixture into equal-sized patties and place them in the Air Fryer basket.
Cook the patties for 10 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
While the patties cook, whisk together rice wine, soy sauce, honey, salt, and gochugaru in a small bowl to make the sauce.
Serve the warm salmon patties with the spicy sauce on the side.
