Ingredients
For the Pizza Base:
- 1 gluten-free pizza crust or traditional if preferred
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Toppings:
- 250 g thinly sliced beef steak ribeye or sirloin
- 1 bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1/2 onion thinly sliced
- 200 g mozzarella cheese shredded
- 100 g provolone cheese shredded
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Brush the pizza crust with olive oil and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook the steak slices for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the pizza base.
- Top the pizza with sautéed onions, bell peppers, and steak slices.
- Add shredded mozzarella and provolone cheeses on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve hot, optionally drizzling with extra mustard or hot sauce.
