For the Pizza Base:

or traditional if preferred

ribeye or sirloin

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
Brush the pizza crust with olive oil and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft, about 5 minutes.
Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, cook the steak slices for 2-3 minutes until browned.
Season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
Spread the mixture evenly over the pizza base.
Top the pizza with sautéed onions, bell peppers, and steak slices.
Add shredded mozzarella and provolone cheeses on top.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
Slice and serve hot, optionally drizzling with extra mustard or hot sauce.
