Ingredients

  • Brown sugar 100g
  • Butter 125g
  • Cranberries dried 100g
  • Golden syrup 4 tbsp
  • Oats rolled 250g
  • White chocolate chips 100g

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Line a square baking pan with baking paper.
  • Melt butter, brown sugar, and golden syrup in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  • Remove from heat and add rolled oats, cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
  • Mix well.
  • Press mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
