Ingredients

Brown sugar 100g

Butter 125g

Cranberries
dried 100g

Golden syrup 4 tbsp

Oats
rolled 250g

White chocolate chips 100g
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Line a square baking pan with baking paper.
Melt butter, brown sugar, and golden syrup in a saucepan over low heat.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and add rolled oats, cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
Mix well.
Press mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
