  • 300 ml warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 7 g active dry yeast

  • Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  • Add olive oil and salt to the yeast mixture, then gradually add whole wheat flour and all-purpose flour, stirring until the dough begins to form.
  • Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm area for 1-1.
  • 5 hours, or until doubled in size.
  • Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and grease a baking sheet.
  • Punch down the dough and roll it out to fit the baking sheet.
  • Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  • Bake the dough in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
