Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped dried apricots, shredded coconut, and sweetened condensed milk until well mixed.
Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a walnut.
Roll each ball in powdered sugar until completely coated.
Place the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate the snowballs for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
