Asparagus Scrambled Eggs
If you don't fancy the addition of bacon, you can cook asparagus with eggs alone as well.

Olive Oil

Goat Cheese

Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
Heat Olive Oil in a skillet and add in the trimmed asparagus until soft but not mushy.
Break in eggs, one by one and begin to scramble.
Season with salt and pepper and cook until done to your liking.
Top with cheese and enjoy with break or on their own.
