Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef; drain.
Add water, one soup seasoning packet, stir-fry sauce, and frozen vegetables to the skillet.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
Break up the ramen noodles and add them to the skillet.
Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for an additional 5 to 8 minutes or until the sauce is thickened, and the noodles are tender.
Serve the Beef and Vegetable Ramen Skillet.
