Chicken and Goat Cheese Balls
Ground chicken can be a bit dry, but with the addition of the onion and goat cheese, these lean, mean chicken and goat cheese balls are just what the doctor ordered!

goat cheese crumbled

ground pork rinds

teaspoon
garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and form into 18 meatballs, about 2 tablespoons each.
Add 9 balls to air fryer basket lightly greased with olive oil.
Cook for 6 minutes.
Shake basket and cook for an additional 6 minutes.
Transfer cooked balls to a serving plate and repeat cooking with remaining 9 balls.
Serve warm.
