Instructions
In a blender container, combine the frozen bananas, skim milk, low-fat coffee yogurt, ground cinnamon, and a dash of ground nutmeg.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses.
If desired, garnish with fresh banana slices and mint leaves.
Serve immediately.
