Combine the tahini, ground coriander, olive oil, sesame seeds, and sea salt in a large bowl.
Tear the kale leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Massage the tahini mixture thoroughly into the kale until every piece is evenly coated.
Place half of the kale in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
Air fry at 165°C for 5 minutes.
Gently turn the kale leaves.
Continue air frying for another 5 minutes until crisp.
Transfer the kale chips to a tray and allow them to cool.
Repeat with the remaining kale.
Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes and additional sea salt before serving.
