Instructions
Bring a saucepan of salted water to a boil.
Add the green pepper and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until tender.
Drain, cool slightly, and chop the pepper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion, stirring often, until the beef is browned, and the onion is translucent.
Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped green pepper and cooked rice to the skillet.
Pour the tomato sauce over the beef mixture, stir, and heat through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the Deconstructed Stuffed Pepper Skillet.
