Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Mix the rosemary, thyme, sage, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and sesame oil to form a seasoning mixture.
Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the scored pork leg.
Place the pork leg in the air fryer basket and cook for 40 minutes.
Add the candy onions, minced chili peppers, and chopped garlic to the air fryer.
Cook for an additional 12 minutes until the onions are tender and slightly caramelized.
Slice the pork leg roast and arrange on a serving platter.
Spoon the pan juices over the meat and serve with the candy onions.
