Homemade Beef / Lamb Stock

Ingredients

beef bones with marrow
Or use any beef bones with a little meat left

tomato paste
▢

onions – chopped w/ skin
▢

carrots – peeled & chopped
▢

tbsp
dried parsley flakes
▢

black peppercorns
▢

salt
▢
Cold water
Instructions
Place bones on greased baking sheet
Brush liberally with tomato paste
Bake 350 F turning midway during baking
About 25 minutes each side
Combine all ingredients into crock pot and cover with water
Cook on low for 12-24 hours ,Or high for 6-7 hours
Strain and refrigerate
Keeps for about 4-5 days unless frozen
