Ingredients

Minced garlic: 1 clove
▢
Paprika: 5 tablespoons
▢
Diced onion: 2 large
▢
Butter: 2 tablespoons
▢
Water: 2 cups
▢
Flank steak: 2 pounds
▢
Cubed and peeled potatoes: 4 large
▢
Caraway seed: 1/8 teaspoon
▢
Pepper and salt: to taste
▢
Dried marjoram: ¼ teaspoon
Instructions
Melt butter in one large pot (soup) over medium heat.
Sauté onions to make them soft.
Add beef and make it brown.
Mix in paprika, garlic, marjoram and caraway seeds.
Pour water in the pot and reduce heat to almost low.
Simmer for almost 2 ½ hours.
Mix potato in the pot mixture and cook for almost 45 minutes – 1 hour to tender.
Season with pepper and salt to taste.
