Instructions
Cook tomatoes, onions, celery, and peppers together until soft and mushy.
Force through food press or strainer.
Place strained mixture in soup kettle and add remaining ingredients.
Boil 10 minutes.
Pour into hot, sterilized jars.
Process in a boiling-bath
