Lemon Garlic Shrimp Scampi

Juice of 1 lemon

fresh parsley
chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
In a large frying pan, melt the butter with olive oil over medium heat.
Add the crushed garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the pan and sauté quickly, being careful not to overcook, for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
Stir in the vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
Saute for another minute.
Transfer the cooked shrimp to a serving dish.
Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the shrimp for garnish.
Serve hot over rice.
