Ingredients

peeled and chopped mangoes

orange juice

water

lemon or lime juice
Instructions
Combine mangoes, orange juice, and water in a medium saucepan.
Simmer for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mangoes are very tender.
Puree mango mixture in food mill or food processor.
Return mango mixture to medium pan and add sugar and juice.
Bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer for approximately 35 minutes, or until thickened.
Ladle into clean jars and process for 10 minutes in boiling-water bath.
