This Tapenade is a simple and tasty spread that's perfect for toasts or crackers. It's so delicious that it's bound to disappear quickly at your next gathering.

Makes about 24 tapas

pitted black olives
preferably Spanish

garlic cloves

tablespoon
capers
nonpareil preferred, rinsed and drained

or 3 anchovy fillets
▢

slices
of sandwich bread
with the crust removed, toasted, and each cut into 4 triangles
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients, except the toast, in a blender.
Blend until the mixture is as finely chopped as possible.
Notes & Wine Advice
Spread a thin layer of the paste on each toast triangle.
