Ingredients

to taste
Instructions
Place chopped peaches into bowl with vinegar to prevent browning.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Boil gently until thickened, approximately 10–15 minutes.
Ladle into clean jars.
Process for 15 minutes in boiling-water bath.

*Wear rubber gloves when chopping hot peppers to avoid skin irritation.
