Ingredients

to taste
Instructions
Combine vinegar and chopped pears to prevent browning.
Combine pears and vinegar with remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Boil gently until thickened, approximately 10–15 minutes.
Ladle into clean jars.
Process for 20 minutes in boiling-water bath.
