Pork Koftas with Yoghurt Sauce

Yogurt Sauce

olive oil

Instructions
Spritz the sides and bottom of the cooking basket with 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, beef, egg, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic, marjoram, mustard seeds, and celery seeds.
Shape the mixture into kebabs and place them in the greased cooking basket.
Cook at 365°F (185°C) for 11 to 12 minutes, turning once or twice until cooked through.
While the koftas cook, mix all sauce ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve the pork koftas with the yogurt sauce on the side.
