Red Pepper–Garlic Jelly

Ingredients

finely chopped red bell peppers
▢

garlic cloves
large, finely chopped

apple cider vinegar
▢

cups
white sugar
▢

3-ounce pouch liquid pectin
Instructions
In a large saucepan, combine peppers, garlic, vinegar, and sugar.
Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring often.
Add pectin and bring to a full boil.
Boil hard for 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Ladle into clean jars and process for 10 minutes in boiling-water bath.

These savory jellies call for liquid pectin, sold in bags or pouches. They are available wherever canning supplies are sold.
