6-ounce can tomato paste

apple cider vinegar

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until thickened.
Ladle hot salsa into clean jars.
Process for 20 minutes in boiling-water bath.

*Wear rubber gloves when chopping hot peppers to avoid skin irritation.
