Instructions

Place the cutlets into a lightly greased baking pan, ensuring they are in a single layer.
Lower the pan into the air fryer basket.
Cook the pork cutlets in the preheated air fryer for 13 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Serve the pork cutlets warm, accompanied by the plum balsamic glaze made from the diced plums and cooking juices.
