Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, chopped garlic, Dijon mustard, scallions, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely shredded green cabbage and pomegranate seeds.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and pomegranate mixture.
Toss until well-coated.
