Combine the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, and salt in a large bowl.
Combine the pumpkin purée, vanilla extract, melted butter, and eggs in a medium bowl.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Mix gently until just combined.
Fold the crushed walnuts into the batter without overmixing.
Lightly grease 6 silicone cupcake liners with olive oil.
Divide the batter evenly between the cupcake liners.
Place the liners in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 7 minutes until the muffins are set and lightly golden.
Transfer the muffins in their liners to a cooling rack.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
