Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and chopped onion; drain any excess fat.
Stir in the spicy pasta sauce, sweet corn & diced peppers, salt, and cooked rotini pasta.
Cook and stir until heated through.
Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle shredded Pepper Jack cheese over the top.
Cover and let it stand until the cheese is melted.
Sprinkle sliced green onions over the dish.
