Instructions
Trim the excess fat from the beef ribs.
In a small bowl, mix sunflower oil, cracked peppercorns, red pepper flakes, dry mustard, and sea salt.
Rub this mixture over the ribs.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 395°F.
Place the ribs in the Air Fryer and cook for 11 minutes.
Reduce the heat to 330°F and continue cooking for an additional 18 minutes.
Remove from the Air Fryer and serve warm.
