Thyme & Garlic Roasted Potatoes

1lb 4oz potatoes, halved

1oz grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Parboil the halved potatoes for 5-7 minutes, then drain and place them in a roasting tin.
Toss with olive oil, crushed garlic, fresh thyme leaves, and season with salt and pepper.
Roast for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan as soon as they come out of the oven, and then serve.
