Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
Brush the pizza crust with olive oil and spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the base.
Arrange the shrimp, pineapple chunks, and red onion slices evenly over the pizza.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro and chili flakes (if using).
Slice and serve!
