Instructions
Rub peanut oil over both sides of the New York Strip steak.
Season the steak with cayenne pepper, sea salt, and freshly cracked black pepper.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cook the steak for 7 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 7 minutes.
While the steak cooks, prepare the mustard butter by whisking softened butter, whole-grain mustard, and honey in a mixing bowl.
Serve the cooked New York Strip steaks with a dollop of mustard butter on top.
