  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  • Rinse and pat dry the flounder fillets.
  • Place the flour in a large pan.
  • Whisk the egg with Worcestershire sauce in a shallow bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs, lemon pepper, sea salt, and chili powder.
  • Dredge each fillet in flour, shaking off excess.
  • Dip into the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Ensure the fish is well-coated on all sides.
  • Spritz the Air Fryer basket with cooking spray and place the fillets inside.
  • Cook at 390°F for 7 minutes.
  • Flip the fillets, spritz with cooking spray again, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Serve warm with your favorite side dish.
