  • 1 1/2 pounds beef sausage meat
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons scallions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 teaspoons mustard
  • 4 pickled cucumbers

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 380°F and spritz the basket with cooking oil.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sausage meat, oats, scallions, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic, basil, and oregano.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Form the mixture into equal-sized meatballs using a tablespoon for portioning.
  • Place the meatballs in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time.
  • Serve the meatballs with mustard and pickled cucumbers.
