Ingredients

Instructions

  • Before wrapping the baby back pork ribs in aluminum foil combine together the sugar, paprika, garlic powder and pepper and rub all other them.
  • Remember to turn them over and coat all sides with this seasoning.
  • Now wrap in the aluminum foil, but leave one end open, as into this you will then pour the water.
  • Now fold up the open end to seal the meat inside.
  • It is a good idea to leave some room around the meat to allow heat inside to then circulate when the ribs are cooking.
  • When it comes to cooking these on the barbecue you place them on the grill and pull the lid down and leave them there for between 45 minutes and an hour.
  • Once the time has elapsed remove the ribs from the tin foil and then replace them on the grill, which has been lightly oiled.
  • After placing the ribs on the grill you can now start basting them with the barbecue sauce.
  • You should allow them to remain on the grill for a further 10 to 15 minutes.
  • During this final cooking time you should be turning them over every 5 minutes and brushing them with the sauce each time they are turned.

  • To do this in a bowl place the lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, rosemary, salt and pepper.
  • Then mix to ensure that they are combined together well.

Barbecued Chicken Burgers

These barbecued chicken burgers are perfect for a quick and satisfying meal. They are ideal for a last-minute barbecue when you still want something homemade and full of flavor. In addition, the balance between sweet, savory, and slightly smoky flavors makes this dish very popular. As a result, you get a reliable recipe that works for both family dinners and casual gatherings.

First, the base of these burgers is tender chicken breast. This creates a lighter alternative to traditional beef burgers. At the same time, the marinade adds depth and richness. The mix of ketchup, brown sauce, honey, and garlic creates a sticky glaze that coats the meat evenly. During grilling, this glaze caramelizes nicely. Because of this, the chicken develops a slightly crisp exterior while staying juicy inside.

If you enjoy easy barbecue recipes, you might also like this Grilled Chicken Sandwich. It offers a lighter option with the same great grilled flavor. For food safety and proper cooking temperatures, always follow the recommendations from the FDA.

Barbecued Chicken Burgers for Easy Grilling

Next, these bbq chicken burgers are very easy to prepare. By cutting the chicken open like a book, you ensure even cooking. This also helps the marinade cover more surface. As a result, the flavor becomes stronger. Meanwhile, the glaze turns slightly sticky on the grill, which adds a classic barbecue finish.

In addition, you can easily adjust this recipe to your taste. For example, add chili sauce for more heat. Or keep it mild for family meals. The reserved sauce adds extra flavor when serving. Therefore, each bite becomes richer and more satisfying. These grilled chicken burgers are perfect for adding your own twist with toppings.

Finally, these barbecued chicken burgers are perfect for busy evenings or relaxed weekends. They are quick, simple, and full of flavor. Once you try these burgers, they will likely become a regular in your barbecue routine.

Notes & Wine Advice

Notes

For extra flavor, you can marinate the chicken longer if time allows. Adding smoked paprika or a pinch of cayenne can deepen the barbecue profile. Make sure the chicken is fully cooked before serving for the best texture and safety.

Wine Advice

A fruity red wine like Zinfandel pairs beautifully with the sweet and smoky glaze of these burgers. If you prefer something lighter, a chilled rosé complements the freshness of the toppings and balances the richness of the chicken.
