Instructions
Preheat the Air Fryer to 360°F.
Place the bacon in a baking pan and cook until it starts to crisp.
Add the ground chuck and cook for 2 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula.
Stir in the leeks, garlic, daenjang, kochukaru, salt, and black pepper.
Cook for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Mix in the hot cooked rice until well combined.
Serve warm and enjoy!
