Ingredients

  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/8 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger powder
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  • Stir well.
  • Dip the chicken into the bowl, coating each piece completely.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Transfer the chicken to the skillet.
  • Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, basting with the sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 green bell pepper diced

  • 1 cup instant brown rice

Instructions
