Onion and breadcrumbs help the patties stay juicy while the grill creates light char and caramelization around the outside. The result feels comforting, flavorful, and perfect for outdoor summer cooking.
Why BBQ turkey burgers stay juicy on the grill
The popularity of BBQ turkey burgers continues to grow because turkey absorbs smoky barbecue flavor extremely well while remaining lighter than beef. Cooking the patties over medium heat helps preserve moisture while allowing the barbecue sauce to caramelize gently on the outside.
